I have been very busy in the kitchen this last week cooking up several new flavors of jam, jelly, and marmalade. Introducing Blood Orange Marmalade and a rustic Mountain Berry Pass Jam, as well as Blueberry-Grape Jam & Jelly, and Raspberry Jam (NO SEEDS!). Reintroducing Lime Marmalade and Blueberry Jam!
We now have 2 flavors of Sugar Free jellies! Grape, Apple, and Blueberry
With lots more in the way of citrus marmalades coming soon!
Coffey Break Farm
Three of the last four babies born were boys but there are still a few more pregnant mom’mas yet to give birth. Keep your fingers crossed for some little girls! The milk is flowing and the cheese is awesome! We are now offering Turkey Eggs by the half dozen too!

Roxie’s Garden is taking an extended vacation this year. We will let you know when she’s back in the garden.
This is the time to be working on your Spring gardens. We have a few growers offering plants for your landscaping, vegetable garden or herb garden needs.
Ordering is open at www.citruscounty.locallygrown.net/ Sunday thru late Tuesday night. Pickup is Thursday March 6 at the usual time and place!
