We’re busy, busy, busy getting our goods together for the Marion County Master Gardener show in March.
After that we will have starter trays of spring vegetables, including heirloom tomatoes that so many of you have asked for! Be sure to let me know what kind you want and we’ll plant them!
This week we have Eggs and Microgreens! Microgreens contain considerably higher levels of vitamins and carotenoids — up to five times greater than their mature plant counterparts. Put some Microgreens in soups, salads and sandwiches and add some extra nutrients today!
