FRESH LETTUCE EVERY DAY
When you purchase a head lettuce from Arbor Trails Nursery, it is supplied with roots. Fill a quart mason jar with water, and immerse the roots. The neck of the jar prevents the leaves from getting wet. There are fresh lettuce leaves to pick every day until next market.

This week the farm offers: Eggs, Goat Milk and Goat Cheese. Please note: there is a 3 log minimum per person when ordering cheese; not to worry you’ll have too much…these freeze wonderfully. or get together with a friend. Flavors for this week are Garlic Basil, Honey Cranberry Pecan, Chocolate Cherry, Fig Walnut Date,Garlic Cilantro, Herbed Chilli Pepper and Plain.
